Bob Glaser, President & CEO

Bob has been in healthcare marketing and communications management for over 30 years. Previous to joining CCC Bob has held positions in Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for Indegene, Inc., a medical education and e-learning company. Bob is also a Founding Partner of Pennmark Associates LLC, which is a healthcare consulting company. He was an Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Ancillary Care Management, a healthcare management company and the President of the McKesson HBOC Pharmaceutical Services division of McKesson, 2 President and COO of Ostex. Bob has spent 23 years with Merck & Co., Inc., as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Merck U.S. Human Health, Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Merck’s Vaccine Division. Bob has an undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and also Serves on the Board of Directors of ViroPharma (VPHM).

Simon Brown, Chief Technology Officer

For the past 28 years, Simon has been a consultant, entrepreneur and held senior management positions within a diverse set of industries.  These experiences have provided him knowledge in information technology, telecommunications, operations, project management, and industrial process control manufacturing.  His current role as head of technology for Corporate Call Center entails handling all aspects of telecommunications, network infrastructure, and road mapping new technologies for the company. Simon also holds project management certifications - Six Sigma, achieved while working for Honeywell Inc.   He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics.

James Infortuna, Chief Financial Officer

Jim is the Chief Financial Officer of Corporate Call Center. He has over 30 years’ experience in financial management in a variety of industries, ownership structures and stages of development.

Most recently, Jim was the Vice-President of Finance for excelleRx (a division of Omnicare, NYSE:OCR), a national provider of hospice medication management services located in Philadelphia. He is skilled in accounting operations, SOX compliance, strategic planning and business process re-engineering. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Drexel University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.

Jim Gallagher, Vice President of Sales

Jim is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Corporate Call Center. He has a long history of successful Sales and Sales Management experience beginning with his years at Xerox Corporation where he achieved President’s Club recognition for 10 straight years.

Jim joined IKON Office Solutions as their Philadelphia Marketplace VP of Sales and then served as the President of Field Sales for InfoUSA , a national database marketing firm headquartered in Omaha, NE. He has proven his skills were transferrable as he transitioned into the Financial Services space with American Business Financial Services as their Sr. Vice President of Sales and was responsible for the eastern half of the US.

An expert in the practice of consultative selling, he brings strategic thinking and tactical planning to his new role at CCC. Jim earned his BS in Business Management from the University of Scranton.

Scott Kramer, Chief Human Resource Officer

Scott comes to Corporate Call Center with over 20 years of progressive experience in Line Management and Human Resources Leadership. Before joining CCC, Scott was the Director of Corporate Human Resources for CheapCaribbean.com and Apple Leisure Group.  In that role, he spearheaded all Human Resource integration efforts between CheapCaribbean.com, Travel Impressions, Apple Vacations, and AMResorts, after the acquisition of CheapCaribbean.com.  Scott has experience integrating human resources policies and procedures with multiple companies, both on the Multi-state and Global levels.

Scott is a hands-on, results-oriented leader who leverages business metrics, employee performance and management accountability in maximizing business results. Scott enjoys all areas of Human Resources and enjoys making an impact and helping people. Scott has a diverse background which includes providing the  full spectrum of HR generalist and organizational development support in fast-paced evolving environments. He has high levels of cultural sensitivity, global, and self-awareness.

Scott will be working with the team on all areas of Human Resources. Scott has his BS from Rowan University, his MBA from Rutgers University and both his SPHR and SHRM-SP Certifications. Scott was also an Adjunct Professor of Management at Rowan University, teaching courses in Human Resources and Management.

Scott lives in Chalfont with his wife,  Peg,  and his two boys, Kieran and Austin.
